Most delicious ginger cookies… No really… A recipe by quornflour

1 Cup of butter
1 Cup white sugar
Cream together.
1/2 cup of brown sugar packed
1/3 cup molasses
1 egg
Cream together
In a separate bowl
2.5 cups of flower
1 tablespoon dry ginger
1.5 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix together
Add to wet ingredients
Mix together

Place about 1.5 tablespoon size bits 2″ apart on a cookie sheet.
Top with a ginger spice drop.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on rack – enjoy warm.
